Natalia Cherubini-KIm is a contributing writer for Living Fit OC. She received her degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Literature from Soka University of America, located in the beautiful city of Aliso Viejo, CA. Being somewhat of a world traveler, she lived in Paris for a few years before coming to California. Instead, Natalia transformed her culinary knowledge into a tool for healthy living. She is passionate about wellness, cooks at home daily, and enjoys teaching others how to eat healthy and take care of their bodies through proper nutrition and exercise. In her path of self discovery, and as a way to bridge her enthusiasm for a holistic lifestyle, she completed her 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certification in 2011. Because she believes in plunging right into what you love, she completed various additional courses and attended specialized conferences, making her a Power Vinyasa Level 1, 2, and 3 teacher. She also teaches Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga with weights, and Yoga Pilates. Currently, Natalia teaches full-time in OC at various studios, as well as for private and corporate clients through On The Go Trainers.
